Use this order form to order a preselected Juvenile/YA set of books for your library using the Betty Little Patron Grant 2010.

If you choose the option to order the titles (listed at http://ceflibraries.org/node/86) and submit this form to us, we will order the books for you as a group at a cost of $291.34 plus $30 processing (deduct a total of $325 from your $1,000 allotment).
